Traveled US12 in rain from Ypsilanti to Somerset, MI (45 miles), then skies cleared and the top came down. Lunch at Rachel's Country Cooking in White Pigeon, MI. At 4:30PM, arrived in Ashkum, IL and have spent wonderful evening visiting and reminiscing with Jim's college friend, Denny Meier, and his wife, Jackie. Tomorrow, heading to Iowa.
